Which tour is suitable for which age group?

3–5 years: balance bike & first attempts at riding in the practice park
5–7 years: short laps around the lake, flat forest trails
7–10 years: skills on the pump track, short flow trail sections
10–12 years: rideable trails, longer laps around the lake
12+ years: first complete flow trail descents & easy alpine trails

Many trails in the NOCKBIKE region have rollable passages and safe lines. The ideal preparation can be found in the practice parks and pump tracks. The best tips come from the bike pros at the bike schools.

The Millstätter See Cycle Path – flat, varied and shortened by the cycle ferry.

Yes: Obermillstatt, Kaiserburgbahn, Seeboden, Feld am See and Turracher Höhe.

Yes, on sea routes and valley routes without any problems.

Around Lake Millstatt, in Bad Kleinkirchheim and in the Nockberge Mountains, there are bike rental shops offering children's bikes, trailers and e-bikes.

From May to October – with mild temperatures and plenty of shaded areas. Spring and autumn offer particularly peaceful trails.
