If you are looking for an extraordinary dinner in Carinthia, the glass dome near the Ortenburg ruins is one of the most atmospheric places for brunch, fondue and full moon nights – with a view of Lake Millstatt.
The hosts at Marhube, Christa and Oliver, invite guests to enjoy extraordinary culinary experiences for two to six people throughout the year in the glass dome at the foot of the Goldeck sports mountain, very close to Lake Millstatt. Here, you can take a seat in an exclusive circle in the light-flooded dome with a view of the mountain peaks of the Nockberge and Millstätter Alpe and let yourself be inspired by the magic of the moment.

Finish off with fondue under the full moon or brunch in the glass dome: around the glass dome, there are special retreats for a delightful extension to your stay.
Discover romantic time out
The proprietors of the Marhube country inn, Christa Wabnig and Oliver Blaikner, launched a delightful fondue concept several years ago during their first winter under the glass dome. It was a huge success, and now the glass dome has become an integral part of the hilltop location, which offers a magnificent view of three valleys. Snow-capped peaks and summery vistas provide the perfect backdrop for brunch with friends or a romantic fondue for two.
The glass dome and the Marhube inn can be reached from Baldramsdorf via a well-maintained mountain road. Navigation address: Unterhaus 22, 9805 Baldramsdorf
Tip: The Nockmobil takes guests comfortably to the glass dome and back home again.
