MTB TIME between lake and mountain

The NOCKBIKE region combines the alpine panorama of the Carinthian Nockberge mountains with the lakes around Lake Millstatt. More than 45 trails and tours open up an MTB landscape that impresses with its flow, natural beauty and technical challenges. A mild climate, gentle mountain ridges, high peaks and an extensive network of trails create ideal conditions from spring to late autumn.

Mountain biking experiences in Carinthia: nature trails, flow trails and panoramic tours

At first glance, the gentle slopes of the Nockberge mountains appear harmonious, but behind them lie varied routes that take riders to heights of over 2,000 metres (discover summit tours). While beginners enjoy panoramic alpine trails, enduro fans seek out steep single trails, root-covered paths and technical passages. The mix of natural trails, flow trails and scenic tours characterises the unmistakable MTB experience.

NOCKBIKE shuttle & mountain railways: convenience for demanding tour planning

For many MTB experiences, mountain railways in Bad Kleinkirchheim, on the Turracher Höhe and at the Sportberg Goldelck, as well as the NOCKBIKE shuttle, make the ascent easier. Efficient transfers create more TIME for the essentials: flow, nature and panoramic views.

Nature & Respect: Out and about in the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve
